Weigh-In Wednesday | Week Six

FINALLY!!! Last week was rough. “Week 3” always is for me. I retain water, my sweet tooth goes into overdrive, and I eat everything because I never feel full.

Almost threw in the towel yesterday after a mentally rough week. I’m so THANKFUL I didn’t! Finally got 10 pounds lost. Took me 10 freaking months almost to the day but that’s okay! Forward is forward no matter the speed. I did it!

Down 1.7 pounds this week. 2 more weeks to go in this 8 week sprint.
