Weigh In Wednesday | Week 3

Weigh-in Wednesday… The past week was OFF SCHEDULE. Couldn’t make it to the gym. Didn’t want to put more miles on the Jeep since it was going soon. I did, however, get in at least an hour walking with the dogs at minimum every day. Nutrition was just okay. Not off the rails…just okay. I nailed my macros most days which is probably what “saved” my week with little to no weight training lol.

Now that I’ve got my truck back, there are no excuses lol. Three weeks down, five to go until the end of this challenge!

Down .7 from last week, 3.7 pounds total so far.
