Woke up on the wrong side of the bed

At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is that you like the person looking back at you in the mirror.

Apparently I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and am a giant ray of fucking sunshine. Lol #winning

Today’s goal will be to do everything in my power to boost my mood and have a great day instead of a bad one. Here are a few things that usually work…Go for a walk, Lift some weights and move heavy shit, Sit in the sun and get some fresh air, Do something with my hands, Turn off social media, and/or Turn on some upbeat music.

If you’re a ray of sunshine, try one of those and see if it helps brighten your day! 😉 AND if you need it, here’s the “push” workout I did today.
