This one is going to seem like I take it often…especially when winter rolls around. Right now we’re just at 2 days per week hosting summer open mat. It’s given him and the kids an opportunity to get some 1-on-1 time on the mat to work on good, clean technique in preparation for the upcoming season.

And they always say the “Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree” with my dad and I…but what they don’t realize is, it’s true for them too. Lol
